They are not like typical prefabricated sheds sold on online stores or at bricks-and-mortar home improvement stores. Our sheds are built of high-quality materials, with fine craftsmanship, waterproofed and thermally insulated with interior finish grade Level 4. Our build quality is equivalent to that of a typical house for the durability and longevity. Our sheds can be used as an office, a yoga studio, an art studio, a small gym, an additional room, or just as a chill out place. Permitting

Per the California Residential Code detached accessory structure not exceeding 120 square feet. does not require a building permit if there is no plumbing, electrical, or mechanical equipment, and its height does not exceed 12 feet. However, you better check with your local Building Department for required setbacks from property lines. Usually, the setback for sheds that are 120 square feet is 5 feet in the rear and side yards. If you plan to add any electrical to the shed, a permit for electrical work will be needed. Most of our shed that are 10'×12' and 8'x15' does not require a city permit.
